The UNC Hospital Transplant Clinic will be re-named on April 16th, 2016.  The new name will be “The Jason Kendall Ray Transplant Clinic”!  The ceremony will be held at UNC Hospital at the Transplant Clinic from 1pm – 2:30pm.  We hope that all the friends of the foundation can make the ceremony and enjoy the moment.  Your donations and help made this all possible.  The recipients of your kindness appreciate it!  Come and see what your support means to those going through this difficult time and help us celebrate a lasting salute to a true Tarheel!
