When Mack received his transplant on January 8, 2005, he was the first Hemophiliac in North Carolina to receive a new liver.

Additionally, Donate Life NC relies on our strong partnership with the Department of Motor Vehicles to facilitate and maintain the NC Donor Registry. Relationships with Driver's Education Instructors, health educators, hospitals and transplant centers also contribute to our public education efforts.
Donate Life North Carolina is a member of Donate Life America and participates in the Donor Designation Collaborative. Our programs are generously funded in part by grants from the License to Give Trust Fund Commission.
